Roadworthy Maintenance Guidance
Ensuring your historic vehicle remains fit for the public highway. We provide technical insights into maintaining the mechanical integrity of the BRDM-2, focusing on common fail-points like steering linkage and braking efficiency.
Under UK law, the keeper of a historic vehicle is responsible for ensuring it is in a 'roadworthy condition' at all times. Our services provide technical support and modernised components to assist in this maintenance, but they do not constitute a statutory inspection or a guarantee of legal compliance.

TPU Component Fabrication (Seals & Gaskets)
Obsolete rubber seals and gaskets often degrade, leading to fluid loss and mechanical fatigue. We produce modernized TPU (Polyurethane) components designed for longevity and better fluid retention than originalnsurplus stock.
All 3D-printed components are supplied as experimental heritage parts' for display and private-use vehicles. The end-user is responsible for validating the fitment and suitability for their specific vehicle.
Serviceability Kits
FLIR Thermal Diagnostic Mapping
Thermal System Assessment. We use FLIR imaging to monitor friction temperatures in drum brakes and hub assemblies. This non-invasive check helps identify dragging components or overheating bearings before they lead to mechanical failure.
